Privacy Policy

Karl Storz uses inquiry data to respond to demo, quote, documentation, and service requests. Do not submit patient names, medical record numbers, or other PHI through public website forms.

Data we collect

Name, work email, organization, country/market, request type, and the operational context you provide. Optional phone numbers are used only for follow-up.

How we use data

To route your request to clinical sales, field service, or regulatory documentation teams; to maintain an audit trail of communications; and, where you opt in, to send HIPAA-aware clinical bulletins.

Sharing

We do not sell inquiry data. Processors that host forms or email may process data under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.

Retention

Inquiry records are retained as needed for customer support, quality system traceability, and legal obligations, then deleted or anonymized according to internal retention schedules.
