These terms govern use of the Karl Storz website and information-request forms. Product availability, labeling, and indications for use are market-specific and must be confirmed against current controlled documents.

Regulatory language

Where a product is marketed under FDA 510(k), describe it as FDA cleared for the cleared indications. Do not interpret website summaries as FDA approval unless a PMA pathway is explicitly identified for that reference.
